Berna Öztınaz is a senior executive who has spent nearly thirty years working across sectors, countries and cultures on leadership, organisational transformation and people management.
Today, she is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of London-headquartered international energy company Genel Energy, President of the European Association for People Management (EAPM), representing 36 countries, and a Board Member of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA). Previously, she served two terms as President of PERYÖN, the Turkish People Management Association.
Throughout her career in the energy, manufacturing, retail and technology sectors, she has worked with boards, senior leadership teams and leaders across different geographies, leading significant transformation processes. She is the first woman to serve as President of EAPM and the first woman to represent Europe on the WFPMA Board.

Boyka Docheva is Human Resources Manager for Bulgaria at IBM. She has been part of the IBM Bulgaria team for more than 17 years. During this time, she has held various HR roles, supporting a diverse range of internal clients at both local and regional level.
She has experience in designing and implementing HR programs covering the entire employee lifecycle, as well as in managing organizational change and restructuring. She has been involved in major acquisition and separation projects involving the transfer of different teams to and from other companies. Boyka also actively supports initiatives related to volunteering and intrapreneurship.

Ivaylo Iliev is Co-founder of Ninety Nine and President of Management Systems Europe. He has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and supporting organizations in developing more effective leaders, managing growth, and building strong and functional organizational cultures. For over a decade, he has been exploring organizational change and adaptability and has developed programs aimed at strengthening organizations' capacity to adapt and change.

Ivelina Nikolova is an established business leader with more than 20 years of international experience. She currently serves as President of Schneider Electric for the South Balkans, leading the company's operations in Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Albania, North Macedonia, and Kosovo.

Martina Vidolova is an HR leader with more than 15 years of experience in international technology companies, working at the intersection of business strategy, leadership and organizational transformation.
As HR Business Partners Senior Director at Progress Software, she serves as a strategic partner to senior business leaders and leadership teams across global product and technology organizations. Her work focuses on some of the most complex challenges organizations face today: building structures and leadership models that enable rapid growth and transformation, developing and retaining critical talent and translating strategy into meaningful change in the way people work and make decisions.
Throughout her career, Martina has led and supported large-scale organizational transformations, post-acquisition integrations, changes in operating models and leadership structures, leadership development programs, talent development and succession planning strategies, as well as initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across global and multicultural teams.

Mila Valkova is an HR leader with more than 15 years of experience in human resources, gained at some of the largest international companies operating in Bulgaria’s outsourcing, retail, and banking sectors.
Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at ProCredit Bank Bulgaria, she is responsible for the strategic management of human capital and for developing the HR function as an active business partner.
Prior to joining ProCredit Bank, Mila held positions at Kaufland Bulgaria, Sutherland, and TELUS International, where she progressively built her expertise in human resources, talent acquisition and retention, and employer branding.

Mihail Petrov is the Chief Executive Officer of Kaufland Bulgaria as of 1 October 2026.
His career began in the real estate sector as Regional Chief Financial Officer for Eastern Europe. It continued with his role as CFO and board member of Kaufland Bulgaria, where he has worked for over 15 years. In 2012, he established Kaufland Service – initially as part of Kaufland Bulgaria's structure, and later, in 2020, as an independent company within the Schwarz Group, where he became CEO. There, he built the three pillars of the business: the development of an IT HUB, a food voucher operator, and a car leasing company. His main activities and responsibilities involve budgeting, hiring strategy, customer relations, and managing internal and external expectations, as well as stakeholder concerns.
Mihail is a member of the CFO Club and one of the founders of the Society of the Future. Önder Şenol is a senior executive with extensive experience in finance, strategy, human resources, investments, and digital transformation, with a strong track record of leading large-scale business growth and transformation initiatives. He graduated from the Management Engineering Department at Istanbul Technical University, where he also completed his master’s degree. Before joining DeFacto, he spent more than 15 years at Turkcell Group, where he held several senior leadership roles including CFO of Turkcell Superonline. He joined DeFacto as CFO in 2014 and later served as Online General Manager, playing a key role in the company’s international expansion and rapid growth in e-commerce. He currently serves as a Board Member at DeFacto and President responsible for leading the company’s investment strategy, financial management, and growth initiatives. Under his leadership, DeFacto has gone through significant transformation processes, including finance transformation, digital transformation, and broader business transformation initiatives, integrating technology, data, and artificial intelligence into core business processes. Radoslav Georgiev is Managing Director of Integrated Micro-Electronics (IMI Europe), leading the company’s European operations with more than 3,000 employees and annual revenue exceeding €400 million.
As an international manufacturing executive, he has led large-scale business transformations, operational performance improvements, strategic investments, and M&A transactions.
He led the development of IMI Serbia from the ground up into a strategic manufacturing operation generating more than €100 million in annual revenue. Today, he is driving the next phase of IMI’s regional expansion, including the construction of a second manufacturing facility in Niš and the modernization of IMI’s manufacturing footprint in Botevgrad, Bulgaria.
Radoslav also led the end-to-end divestment of IMI’s business in the Czech Republic, from negotiations and deal structuring through closing and the transfer of manufacturing programs to Bulgaria and Serbia.
Radoslav Georgiev is also a member of the Board of Directors of Balkan Basketball Club, contributing to the club’s strategic development. In 2026, the club won the Bulgarian championship title and its first Super Cup, and made its historic debut in the EuroCup.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Technical Legislation and Quality Management from the Technical University of Sofia, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from International Business School (IBS). He leads an investment program of more than EUR 624 million, delivering major infrastructure upgrades, digital transformation, the modernization of Terminal 2, and the construction of Terminal 3 to enhance passenger experience and airport capacity.
